It's been a nice, rather calm week. I stayed in last night and drank highballs and watched bad tv. Tonight I have band practice which should be interesting. This'll be for "my" band - the one in which I'm writing songs, singing and playing guitar - rather than "the other" band in which I play bass. Anyway, this should be interesting because it's going to be our first practice with a bass player. Ali, who used to be in shoe-gazer band The Swells, is going to come out to practice tonight and give it a try. Hopefully, things will work out. I am impatient to get things going.
